We need health, not punishment.

All punishment and criminalization strategies have failed to end drug trafficking and drug addiction. We need a regional dialogue based on evidence to review regional drug policies and launch a binational campaign to transform the punitive paradigm on drugs into one that puts life, rights and health at the center of public policy.
